Warranty Policy

At Montciara, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 4-month warranty on all our bags, starting from the date of delivery.

What is covered

Our warranty covers defects that are caused by us or the product itself, and that are not the result of customer use or handling.
This includes, for example:

• Unexpected colour fading or discolouration

• Material defects

• Stitching or structural issues not caused by use

• Other damage where it is clear the customer is not at fault

Although these issues are rare, if they do occur, you are fully entitled to a warranty claim. In such cases, we are happy to offer a replacement bag.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Personal or user-caused damage

• Damage due to improper or careless use

• Wear and tear from daily use

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or lack of proper care

If the damage is the result of how the bag was handled or used, it does not fall under our warranty.
